We do not generally offer refunds for purchases. Once an order is placed, it is considered final. We encourage our customers to carefully review all product descriptions, sizes, and details before completing their purchase to ensure satisfaction.

Exceptions for Unforeseen Circumstances In rare and exceptional cases, we may offer a refund if there are unforeseen circumstances, such as:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item or an error in your order was made.

If a refund is approved due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If the refund is requested for other reasons, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Products marked as “Final Sale” mean no matter the circumstance you cannot refund it.

At Mountain State Modern, we are committed to providing timely and efficient delivery services to ensure that you receive your orders in perfect condition. Below is an outline of our delivery policy:

In-Person Delivery Radius Within 10 miles our stores location, we will delivery the product to you free of charge. Every 2 miles outside of that radius there will be a fee of 1 dollar for delivery. Contact us your location for the in-person delivery, so cost can be calculated. Any other details please contact us by email.

Pick-Up Everyone is more than welcome to come and pick-up there product free of charge. If you opt to do this option contact us at: mountainstatemodern@gmail.com.

Product Shipping Longer distances may need to use shipping services, so the rates will depending on location.
